The Schedule is the cert-ladder board that absorbed the cyber-journey tracker. The ladder is the spine; the ten pages beside it are the tracker's own detail, reading the same local JSON store.

One process keeps state: data/journey.json for the tracker rows and data/progress.json for the ladder. Both refuse a malformed file rather than showing a plausible zero.

Cyber-journey on port 3112 is still running and still owns its database. Nothing here writes to it.
